Yes. The Starter plan is free forever and includes up to 100 active contacts or 1,000 DMs per month on one channel — no credit card required.
An active contact is a person who interacts with your automations during the current monthly billing cycle. Each person is counted only once per month, no matter how many messages they send.
On the free plan, automations pause until your monthly cycle resets — you are never charged overages. On Growth, you can switch to Pro for just $5 more to unlock unlimited contacts and DMs.
Pro is $20 per month for unlimited contacts and DMs with one user account included. Each additional user account is $10 per month.
