1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Atajoy.com, you agree to comply with these Terms and Meta’s Platform Policies. You must be at least 18 years old and own a valid Instagram Business/Creator account.

2. Permitted Use & Anti-Spam

Atajoy is designed for customer engagement. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages (Spam).
• Promote illegal activities, harassment, or hate speech.
• Violate Instagram’s Community Guidelines.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Meta Platform Relationship

Atajoy is a third-party tool. We are not responsible for changes to the Meta API or actions taken by Meta against your account (e.g., shadowbanning or suspensions) resulting from your automation settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." Atajoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the automation tools.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service at our sole discretion, especially in cases of API abuse or security threats.
